Hey everyone! I recently came across a new condo development calledLakeside Grand and wanted to hear your thoughts on it. It’s located right next to Lakeside MRT and seems to have a fantastic view of the Jurong Lake Gardens. From what I’ve seen, it’s going to be a mixed-use development with retail on the lower floors and residential units above — pretty convenient for daily living! I’m personally looking for a place that has both investment potential and livability, and this one caught my eye because it’s part of the Jurong Lake District transformation. Also, it’s surrounded by good schools and seems quite family-friendly. Has anyone been following the launch or planning to register interest? Would love to know what you guys think — especially in terms of pricing, unit layouts, or developer reputation. Thanks in advance!
