Huachiew TCM Clinic hosted a health discussion in the TCM's talk, focusing on therapeutic exercises to help prevent and delay dementia, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

On March 19, 2025, the Huachiew Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinic hosted a special event titled “TCM’s Talk: Therapeutic Movements to Prevent and Delay Dementia with Huachiew’s Traditional Chinese Medicine.” The event received a warm response and high interest from attendees.

During the session, TCM Dr. Phanlob Onkaew (Zhang Wen Jing) shared valuable knowledge about Dao Yin exercises, which help stimulate the flow of Qi and blood circulation, promote brain health, and slow down cognitive decline.

Highlights of the event included:

A special lecture on TCM theory and movement techniques to support brain function and prevent dementia.

A hands-on workshop where participants learned and practiced therapeutic exercises, along with acupressure techniques to stimulate brain activity.

A herbal tea tasting session featuring “Ziziphus Dream-Calming Tea,” known for nourishing the heart and promoting restful sleep.

The event atmosphere was vibrant and interactive, with participants enthusiastically engaging in exercise practice and actively asking questions about brain health care through Traditional Chinese Medicine.
